Returns and refunds

Every piece here is one of one and secondhand. We want you to be sure before it ships, and covered if it is not right when it arrives.

14-day right to return, for any reason
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you want to return it. Any reason is fine, fit included. Email cloakerstore@gmail.com with your order number and we will confirm the return address.

Sending it back
Once we confirm, send the item within 14 days. It must arrive in the same condition you received it, with any tags and original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost, except in the case below.

If the item is not as described
If what arrives does not match the photos or the description, we pay the return shipping and refund you in full. Tell us within 14 days of delivery and send a photo.

Refunds
Once the item is back with us and checked, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days. The refund covers the price of the item and the standard outbound shipping you paid.

What secondhand means here
Everything is pre-owned and described honestly, with photos of any wear. Normal signs of age are part of the piece and are described in the listing. If we missed something, that is on us and the paragraph above applies.

Sizing
Most garment listings carry measurements taken flat. If one does not, or if you are unsure, message us before you buy and we will measure the piece for you. If it still does not fit, the 14-day return above covers you.

Damaged in transit
Tell us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and of the packaging, and we will sort it out.
