Shipping policy
Where we ship from
Every order is packed and dispatched from Spain, and we ship worldwide. All prices and shipping rates on this site are shown in euros (EUR).
Processing time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, within 3–5 business days of the order date, and handed over to the carrier the following working day. We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays, and processing can take a little longer during sale periods.
Every piece we sell is one of one and second-hand, so each order is checked and packed individually before it leaves.
Shipping rates
Free shipping is applied automatically once your order total reaches the threshold for your destination, where one applies:

Bulky and oversized pieces
A small number of items — boots, backpacks and heavy outerwear — ship on a separate rate because of their volume. Where that applies, the exact cost is calculated for your address and shown at checkout before you pay, so there are never surprise charges afterwards.
Delivery times
Transit time depends on your destination and on the service you choose, and it runs from the end of the processing time above. The estimate for your address is shown at checkout. Deliveries outside the European Union can also be held up by customs clearance, which is outside our control.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Orders delivered within the European Union carry no additional customs charges.
For destinations outside the European Union — including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States and Canada — import duties, taxes and customs handling fees may be charged when the parcel reaches your country. These are set by your local customs authority, are not included in what you pay us, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot calculate them in advance, but your local customs office can tell you what to expect.
The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla sit outside the EU customs and VAT territory, so the same applies to orders sent there.
