Oakley's apparel line was labelled Oakley Software, and its best tees printed the brand's own optical engineering straight onto the shirt rather than a plain centre logo.

This one carries the ellipse over a wall of handwritten lens notes — Plutonite, Iridium, Polaric Ellipsoid, 100% UV (A+B), HDO, VR28 · G26 · Ti — the same language Oakley used on its lens spec sheets.
